Guitar Rig Bass Presets

Looking for good sources for Guitar Rig 5 presets Hi, I'm considering switching from Pod Farm to Guitar Rig, but I'd really like a free, steady source of presets. I've found a torrent package with presets, but that's about it. Get my presets here: Alternative: http://s000.tinyupload.com/index.php?fileid=4.

Metal Presets for Guitar Rig, Amplitube, Addictive Drums, Toontrack’ Superior Drummer and More.

Download packs or single presets.

Packs give you a strong advantage since you can choose between a lot of presets and listen to how they sound in context.

For example, a preset may sounds good when heard alone but may not suits to the track you’re working on.

That’s why it is highly recommended to go for the packs.

But whatever you choose, needless to say they’re all optimized and tweaked for Metal.

You are not left alone when you download these metal presets.

You’ve probably heard a preset that rocks and then sucks when you try to use it with your own midi file(s).

That’s why each download comes with a quick and super easy PDF guide to get the most out of the presets.

I’m Pascal Moraux, Metal guitarist, vocalist, composer and songwriter.

Born in Belgium on February the 5th 1976, I grew up listening to both Classic Heavy Metal and Extreme Metal.

Since the nineties, I’ve released 5 records with the following bands (see below) and toured/gigged in Europe with bands like Immolation, Krisiun, Emperor, Enthroned, Bal-Sagoth, Nocturnal Breed to name a few.

My Bands:

-Ex-Zardens (Blackened Death Metal, from 2009 to 2014).

-Ex-Moribund (Black Metal, 1996 – 1999)

Over the years, I developped a passion for Film Music. I founded Further Than Chaos in January 2016, a company that offers mostly material for trailers.

Beside the typical musician activities I’m also a self-taught sound engineer and producer and have mixed Albums and EPs for my own bands as well as for others.

During all those years I worked with almost every vst, vsti, rtas plugins available on the market.

Being a sound engineer gives you a strong advantage.

You not only know how the softwares work but you especially know how the presets are supposed to sound.

Knowing how the frequencies affect the listening is paramount to make good presets.

After all, making presets is very close to mixing, especially when it comes to drums.

These rigs were created in conjunction with Sonic DNA IRs. I suggest checking out the https://sonic-dna.com/ website and trying out a few packs. They sound fantastic.

Now you can use the same presets I use to give you a good foundation to building your own.

The Eric Johnson Rig consists of a Fender Twin for cleans and a Marshall for Lead tones. You can put these into a setlist for easy switching. Keep rockin!!!

This setlist takes your basic clean amp and cranks it up ALL THE WAY!!!! They are great for backing off the volume on your guitar to clean them up. It comes with a free IR.

I based this rig off of the song “You Shook Me All Night Long”. The guitar tones are punchy while also having a hint of room sound. Because of that I chose a U87 IR that is 12″ away from the cap edge. This allows the tone of the room to sneak in. I also added a short room reverb to add to the effect. There are two scenes in this rig to switch between Rhythm and Lead parts. Keep rockin!!!

This setlist has a few ambient rigs and also a few clean rigs. This shows you how the Tails work when you switch between different rigs. It comes with a free IR.

This is a Rig with Scenes that can be tweaked to your needs. It is a great all around rig for playing in your worship service.

I added some variations of ambient tones that includes octaves, chorus, flange, and filter. They are named accordingly.

I am constantly amazed at how good this rig sounds. I have made a setlist with 4 variations that includes Clean, Wash/Ambient, Rhythm and Lead. May these tones inspire your playing to go to another level.

This amp is all Rock n Roll!!!! I placed a Volume pedal before the amp to reduce the signal much like rolling the volume on your guitar back. It works great to go from clean to dirty. The fx are very light in this rig. If you wanna rock then this is the rig to do it with. The short reverb is called “Just a little room” and it helps the over all rig not be so dry sounding when a longer reverb is not called for. This setlist includes all three versions of the Lead 800 100 Watt head. There is a stock, bright and bass mod version. Each one has its own level of gain that can be acquired. The bass mod version can get the heaviest since it has more juice.

The Headrush has a wealth of amps and cabs to choose from but sometimes you just wanna use a real amp and cab. This rig will replace your main pedalbaord and give you switching capabilities without having to tap dance all over the place just to get different combinations of effects. Feel free to save different versions of your own rigs and put them all in a setlist for easy access.

This is a super clean rig with some scenes built in for added tonal variation. The Fender Twin is a high headroom amplifier that is great at taking pedals. You can use this rig at your jazz gig, country gig, blues gig or rock gig.

This rig was one of the first rigs I made early on in my Headrush Pedalboard Series. It has a Fender Bassman and a Bogner Blue Channel amp. I switch between different combinations by using scenes. Both amp sound great together and have a smooth transition when swapping scenes. Keep rockin!!!

I recently used this rig for a solo on a country music tune. It had perfect clarity and just enough grit to make the notes soar. Load it up to your Headrush and let me know what you think.

This collection of rigs has tones ranging from clean to crunch to scream and some ambient to top it all off. If you looking to rock then look no further.
